Prior to supplementing with the oil, we had tried to stop using topical steroids but were unable to. Afterwards we were able to make it through the process. The ...Epsom salts and dead sea salts are fantastic. The first time we used Epsom salts when Josh was a baby he held his arms in the water and stopped scratching. It was so shocking to us to see him stop scratching after we'd tried so many prescribed bath products that we never went back to anything else. Yet we've been discouraged from using it but every health professional we've seen, despite explaining that it has helped so much. We tried the Apple Cider Vinegar and it was the worst experience. Josh's faced swelled right up and it was so sore. He did stop itching for about 3 days but I think that was because he was in so much pain. I would not recommend it at all. Not until maybe the skin has healed a little and it was used in very diluted amounts. We used 1/2 a cup in a bath and still that was way too much. We are going to stick with the salts for a while for now. Next week we are going to try Dr Fukaya's skin repair, so we'll let you know how that goes and will probably post about it. Fingers crossed it helps in some way. I stopped using moisturizes for a couple of weeks I will post about that soon. x LouiseAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02773758211166961303noreply@blogger.com
